The Dogs.
Australian Shepards:
Sugar "Sugar"
Original Lines.
6YO Black/Tan/White Austrailian Shepard Female
Bernese Mountain Dogs:
Skip "Skip"
Titan x Chimes
3YO Black/Tan/White Bernese Mountain Dog
Skip is shy and loyal. He is fun and hyper around his owner and is very loyal, but is really shy around others. Skip is a great companion to have around, since he tends to steer clear of anyone's path and constantly can be found tagging along at Mel's heels or lying in the shade watching her.
Border Collies:
Little Lady "Lass"
Original Lines.
6YO Black & White Border Collie Female
Lass is very outgoing, she loves to engage in sort of physical activity. Lass is not totally hyper 24/7 since she does like to steal naps on beds whether you're there or not. She is incredibly personable and will fight to protect her owner. She is fleet, and incredibly agile making her a brilliant dog for agility classes, even though Mel rarely shows her canines in shows.
Poisonous Veteran "Saxson"
Kobra x GM's Beauty Personified
5YO Blue Merle Border Collie Male
Saxson is always the one hidden at the back of the crowd, his keen eyes watching the scene unfolding. He likes to be hidden, unseen and unnoticed, watching everything and only stepping in if it came right down to it. A fierce fighter, he will protect his owner to his dying day although he does prefer not to fight. A cool and calm kind of dog, he will quite happily trot at your side without even a word from you. Sleeps most of the day he has such bursts of speed and accuracy you just can't believe it sometimes. Affectionate and loving; he loves kids and is a great dog for a first timer.
Dalmations:
Jewel "Jewels"
Original Lines.
6YO Black & White Dalmation Female.
German Shepards:
Kodiak's Blue Saphire "Saphire"
Kodiak x Ruby
4YO White German Shepard female
Saphire is the trouble maker of the group. She doesn't mean to get in trouble but she's too darn curious for her own good and ends up in trouble no matter what. She always has this innocent look on her face which melts your heart and gets her out of being yelled at. She is a sweetheart but needs to learn some boundries.
Jassy "Jaz"
Jasper x Pearl
4YO White German Shepard Female
Jassy is quite loud, and frankly we wouldn't trade her no matter how much she barks since she is loyal to Gabs. She is very playful around Gabrielle and Fireworks, our Touchstone son. Quite ironic that Jasper's daughter is close pals with Toby's son, it must run in the family. She's an fighter and would take an bullet in an second. A lovely dog she gets along pretty well with our other dogs, including our guard dog Falsch. She shares many of the same characteristics as Jasper but has some qualities of Pearl.
Great Danes:
Apollo "Apollo"
Original Lines.
4YO Brindle Great Dane Male
Apollo is perhaps the most laid back dog on the premises. Mel has always been interested in great danes since they are such sweet dogs, Apollo and Hermes are no different. Apollo is quite literally a gentle giant. There aren't many other words that can describe his calm attitude.
Hermes "Hermy"
Original Lines.
4YO Black/White Great Dane Mare
Hermes is quite the opposite of Apollo's calmness but he still is a sweetheart, despite being the more energetic and spirited Dane. Named after the messenger god, Hermes earned his name quite appropriately as he always fetches the paper and is reliable on getting it to whoever takes it first without a single tear.
Retrievers:
Layla "Layla"
Original Lines.
5YO Black Retriever Female
Rottweilers:
Falsch "Devious"
Original Lines.
10YO Black/Tan Rottweiler Male.
Falsch was purchased from DS on Major Horse Shows, and his sole purpose was to be our lone high-security dog. He is a very smart dog, incredibly good at what he does and keeps a polite distance from the horses. He responds to French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, and Portugese.
Siberian Huskies:
Max "Max"
Original Lines.
4YO Brown & White Siberian Husky Male
Max is very fierce of Cain, the one person he's actually bonded with since he's been here. He only obeys commands given by him from Cain. Max is rarely seen by anyone alone, he spends most of his days either sleeping near Cain or tagging along in the boy's footsteps. He seems suited to being a guard dog due to his aggressive nature but the life as a pet seems much more suited to Max, since he'd rather chase after a ball that's thrown by Cain than growl at a intruder.
