_{Korona was born on a day that was calm before the storm, and almost immediately she lived up to her sire's haughty temperament, bossing around Janny up to the very day Kor was weaned from the RS mare. Jade grew closest to the ornery black weanling filly over the next year and a half until she turned two, at which she viciously went after Santana one night in the barn right before a storm, a night very similar to the one Kor was born on and the memories of that fateful day have been etched into the minds of both Ana and Kor. We try to separate them the best we can but occasionally the black's path crosses the chestnut's and vice versa.
Kor is about as unpredictable as they come. She comes with her own set of tricks, bucking, rearing, kicking and biting whoever comes to close for comfort to her. Her masterpiece is the classic sudden spin and bolt off where she runs for miles, taunting the poor stable pony to catch her. Jade is the only one that Kor tolerates enough to ride her and actually come back with a rider on her back. Korona is big, calculated and undeniably a force to be reckoned with since she is a brutual fighter, and the thrill of running energizes her, but she never lets her guard down for a instant. Her spirit keeps her going when she's about to drop, her endurance is limitless and her raw talent makes you sit up, and wonder where she came from. Her freedom is something Kor will always want.}
